USS HALSEY is the 47th ship in the ARLEIGH BURKE - class of Aegis guided missile destroyers and the second ship in the Navy named after Fleet Admiral William Frederick Halsey. In late January 2013, the HALSEY swapped hulls with her sistership RUSSELL (DDG 59) changing her homeport from San Diego, Calif., to Pearl Harbor, Hi.
